Staged the biggest shows in @leapskn’s nearly 15 year history despite an untimely dip in my health. What I’ve learned?
👂🏽 To listen closely to my body and its cues.
🩹 To take care of myself a lot more.
👫🏽 To delegate.
🕊️ To give myself grace.
🧘🏽♀️ To be still.
I can’t say #ThankYou enough to everyone who assisted and encouraged me during my hiatus in the height of my most hectic and demanding time of year. My family who didn’t leave my side, @kenisha_isles who automatically took on the logistics of all aspects of my life without hesitation, and my @leapskn family and my #Nomadik clients who so easily understood that if I did not show up, it means I sincerely could not. I (re)learned one more thing. 🙏🏽⭕️ That I am blessed beyond measure with this circle of mine.
So this year’s #recital success is super special. Not just because we conquered the beast of a mega-venue and delivered yet another record breaking double set of HQ back-to-back shows, but it solidified the culture of my circle. We say it all the time: “𝑶𝒏𝒆 𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒎, 𝑶𝒏𝒆 𝑫𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒎”. Best believe that! 🏆
